Our client, Options Resourcing Ltd, is seeking a skilled Assistant Technical Support to join their Research & Development team. This office-based position will involve some off-site work, providing a great opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project management, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines
  • Act as a technical liaison between factories and customers, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Design specifications for project work, including capturing technical information and creating user guides
  • Conduct site visits to monitor projects and provide technical support as required
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design spec sheets and installation guides
  • Provide in-house and external technical training, supporting the installation of products and services
  • Evaluate and improve customer support, responding to inbound calls and customer feedback
  • Manage vehicle and product application guides, including updates and amendments with new vehicle releases

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its technical aspects
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
