Job Title: Sales Progressor Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at Chalfont Careers Ltd in the West Byfleet area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and progress all agreed sales to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Resolve customer queries related to sale or purchase transactions, providing clear explanations and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with parties involved in sales transactions, including agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors, to identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
- Liaise with external partners, utilizing strong communication skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Hold a proven track record as a successful sales progressor, showcasing expertise in progressing sales transactions.
