Culina Group is a leading player in the food & drink logistics industry, offering integrated supply chain services and expertise. We have a vacancy for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner to join our team in the UK.

Job Description

The CI Practitioner will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the site, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This involves monitoring and supporting the delivery of the Site CI plan, while also contributing to the development of new initiatives and process improvements.

**Key Areas of Responsibility:**

  • Delivery of the site CI plan, including the identification of opportunities for improvement and the development of associated plans and reports;
  • Facilitation of change activities across the site, with a focus on delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People benefits;
  • Collaboration with site teams, the CLL Regional CI Manager(s), and broader Projects team to drive CI and project delivery;
  • Development of knowledge and skills to support continuous improvement, including training and coaching colleagues;
  • Contribution to the development of the CLL business wide Change and CI strategy, working closely with the Central Projects and CI team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of working in a project environment and of improvement activity;
  • Basic understanding of Project Management tools and techniques.
