We're seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in driving business excellence and improving processes across the organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in continuous improvement, with experience in implementing lean principles and tools. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of changes.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Facilitating change activities on site to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people benefits;
  • Supporting the gathering of data for diagnostics, solution design, and benefits tracking;
  • Developing and implementing small projects to unlock benefits;

We're offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private medical cover, pension scheme, life assurance, and employee recognition programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as operations management, logistics, or supply chain management;
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, preferably in the food industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
