Job Description

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Social Work and Quality Improvement Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of social work practice, managing risks, and driving quality improvements across our organization.

The salary for this position is up to £65,491 per annum, providing an attractive compensation package for the right individual.

As a Social Work and Quality Improvement Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance social work practice.
  • Maintaining robust monitoring and risk assessment systems to safeguard children and young people.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Evaluating and refining our Quality Assurance Programme to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Providing expert guidance on children's safeguarding and statutory functions.

To excel in this role, you will need a Social Work Qualification or equivalent, a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development, and registration with Social Work England.
