About the Job
A leading interior design company is looking for a talented Cost Estimation Assistant to support their estimating team in Stalybridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for various interior fit-out projects. Key duties include:
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and take-offs
  • Analyzing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Contributing to project budget development
  • Preparation of tender documents and contract documentation
To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical and numerical skills, a good understanding of construction methods and materials, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Experience with estimating software is beneficial but not mandatory.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to start a career in estimating and contribute to the success of our client's interior design projects. A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is on offer.
