At Sims Limited, we're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to drive our HR initiatives to new heights. This is a hybrid working P/T role - 32hrs a week, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH. As HRBP, you'll be responsible for compliance, policy communication, recruitment and onboarding, payroll support, performance reviews, talent management, department liaison, training advocacy, reporting, and leave administration.

You'll work closely with department managers to effectively manage their teams on HR-related matters. You'll also assist in developing and implementing employee training and development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
