About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a talented Interior Design Estimation Assistant to join our team in Stalybridge. In this role, you will support the estimating team in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail. They will also be proficient in using estimating software, such as WinQS or CostX, and possess a good understanding of construction methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and take-offs
  • Source and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Assist in the development of project budgets
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is essential for this role. Strong analytical and numerical skills are also required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is also necessary.
