We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children in our care.

About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality residential care to our young people. You will work collaboratively with our therapeutic teams to deliver crisis intervention and trauma-informed care. Our homes offer a supportive environment where children can receive the highest quality care and participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £31,398 - £33,474 per annum, plus opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.
  • Benefits include paid induction training, access to further qualifications in Residential Childcare, and use of a company app offering discounts and support services.
  • An additional day off for your birthday and access to a holiday home in the Peak District.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare and experience working in children's residential care.
  • A full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide high levels of care to our young people.
