The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Registered Manager to lead a beautiful residential childcare home in Nottingham's NG2 area. With a focus on child-centered care, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing leadership to staff members.
  • To promote the well-being and safety of residents, fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere within the home.
  • To work closely with the Responsible Individual and other support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.

Requirements:

You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or be willing to enroll in this qualification upon commencement of employment.

A minimum of two years' experience in residential childcare is required, along with a valid driving license.
