Homes2Inspire Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Childcare Manager to join their team at Layton House in Mansfield, Nottingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented team of support workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for directing roles and responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, and participating in the on-call rota. They will also collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement person-centered care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct support workers to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Provide out-of-hours support and guidance as part of the on-call rota.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans in collaboration with colleagues.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £27,785 - £33,992 per annum, inclusive of attendance allowance and one sleep-in duty per week. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth, medicash benefits, and an employee assistant program.
