Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our team of Inside Sales BDMs in achieving sales performance targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving sales growth in a dynamic, outbound sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 10 Inside Sales BDMs to achieve sales performance targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve sales performance
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in a SaaS or software sales environment
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective action plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
