About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Academics Ltd as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, working alongside our experienced teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and pastoral care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to students, promoting positive relationships and a safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to students, addressing specific needs and concerns
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Conducting regular progress monitoring and reporting to parents and guardians

You will also have the opportunity to participate in whole-school initiatives, such as restorative practices and social-emotional learning programs, to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:
