- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
- Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Ability to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG.
- Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications.
