You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation and resident records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Produce well-developed care plans and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift
  • Make decisions in a timely manner
  • Utilise your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to team members
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
