About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Staff Nurse to join our team in Leeds. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will work in one of our 13 Neighbourhood Teams, providing care for patients in their own homes.

You will be responsible for visiting patients, undertaking clinical interventions, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

We offer a full tailored induction programme and opportunities for ongoing development, including the chance to learn from team members with diverse backgrounds and expertise.

This role is open to Newly Qualified and Experienced Registered Nurses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Visit patients in their own homes and undertake clinical interventions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Participate in a full tailored induction programme and ongoing development opportunities
