We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
- Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Ability to work towards Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
- Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications
