Job Title: Senior Residential Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to join our team at Additional Resources. As a Senior Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children and effective support for the staff team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the management and coordination of therapeutic services for young residents
* Promote strong, empathetic relationships with children, families, and professionals
* Support team development and promote the company's wellbeing initiatives
* Oversee meaningful supervision and training for staff members
* Ensure accurate documentation, including Care Plans and Risk Assessments, reflecting the children's progress

Requirements:

* At least 1 year experience in Residential Children's Social Care, ideally as a senior support worker
* Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Understanding of trauma-informed care, with knowledge of PACE
* Valid UK driving licence
