About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager to join our team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the efficient and safe delivery of clinical care and risk management for young people with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and treatment plans are implemented
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and treatment plans, making recommendations for improvement
About the Service
Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is a leading provider of mental health services for young people and adults. Our Woodlands unit is a CAMHS Low Secure Unit (LSU) that offers therapeutic and rehabilitative services for young females aged 13-18. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment that enables young people to live their best life.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
- Experience working with young people with complex mental health needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
