This role requires a highly skilled IT professional to maintain the quality of our IT services and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving process and functional issues related to our CRM system, CGS Student Management System, and their integration with other business systems.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a hybrid worker, you will be required to spend at least two days per week in our Cambridge Head Office.

To be successful in this role, you will need technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics Business Central & ISAMS, as well as excellent communication skills. You will also be expected to work independently and as part of a team.
