Chef de Partie Opportunity
Are you an experienced chef looking for a new challenge?
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in the main kitchen of a fast-paced University. Working as part of a friendly and dynamic team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality dishes from scratch, alongside a range of lighter meals.

The ideal candidate will have experience cooking with fresh ingredients and ideally previous experience working in Hotels, Restaurants, Colleges, Universities or higher-end Contract Caterers.
Applicants must live in the Cambridge area, and be able to commit to working straight shifts with a mixture of early or midday starts and every other weekend off.

**Salary & Benefits:**
* Estimated salary: £32,500 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week)

**Key Responsibilities:***
• Assist in preparing and cooking meals for students and staff
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Liaise with the Head Chef and Deputy Head Chef to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
