Marketing Expertise for Therapeutic Areas

Fortrea, a leading global contract research organization, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the creation of impactful messaging across digital, social, print, and video channels. This role will focus on therapeutic areas such as oncology, cardiovascular, and others, as well as drug development solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the health and life sciences industry, with a proven ability to create and manage marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, and campaigns that drive client interest and sales enablement. Strong collaboration with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and operational stakeholders is essential to create compelling customer-facing materials and plan impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to drive engagement and differentiation for therapeutic areas and drug development solutions.
  • Partner with campaign marketing, SMEs, and marketing centers of excellence to develop compelling messaging and provide guidance on go-to-market strategies and tactics.
  • Measure impact of marketing initiatives via metrics and dashboards reporting.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  2. Extensive experience with marketing program strategy, planning, development, and implementation in the health & life sciences industry.
  3. Experience in omni-channel strategies including digital, social, print, email, webinar, and face-to-face events.
  4. Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to influence others outside of marketing.
  5. Excellent written, project management, presentation, and oral communication skills.
