We are seeking a Complex Support Worker to join our team at UK Phoenix Healthcare. The successful candidate will have experience in challenging behaviour and be able to provide complex support to our client in her own home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support our client with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene and mobility.
  • Implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of our client.
  • Monitor and report any changes in our client's health status.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our client.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients with challenging behaviour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with our client.
  • Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
