This Homecare Assistant Role involves providing personalized care and support to a female client in her own home. As a member of our team, you will assist with daily activities, ensure the well-being of patients, and work closely with our clinical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate records of patient activities and progress

Requirements:

• Experience in caring for individuals with challenging behaviour
• Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping purposes
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to drive (advantageous due to shift times)
• Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans for patients
