About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Specialist.

As a Personal Care Specialist, your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with their personal hygiene needs, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Recognising and escalating clinical risks, such as weight loss or pressure sores.
  • Providing courteous and respectful care to residents and their visitors.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to embody our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all aspects of your work.

You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to demonstrate initiative and adaptability.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
