Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Elderly Care Specialist to join our team at Belong. As a key member of our night staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional person-centred care to residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an elderly care setting and hold a minimum of an NVQ level 2 in health & social care or the Care Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance, personal care, activities, and companionship to residents.
  • Be alert to residents' needs, health, and wellbeing.
  • Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual.

Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
