Job Overview

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote mental and physical well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
  • Valid Enhanced DBS check
  • Reliable transportation and a full driving license
