Employment Solicitor/Senior Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join our highly successful employment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise in all aspects of employment law and a proven track record of advising on employment matters, including general contractual issues, drafting service agreements, contracts, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, and employment litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on employment law matters, including general contractual issues and drafting service agreements
  • Representing clients in employment litigation matters
  • Providing guidance on employment law and regulations
  • Working closely with the employment team to deliver high-quality services to clients

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join a top law firm and work with a diverse client base, including clients in the private and public sector. Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience dealing with a varied caseload of employment matters, including both contentious and non-contentious related matters
  • Strong technical expertise in all aspects of employment law
  • Proven track record of advising on employment matters, including general contractual issues, drafting service agreements, contracts, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, and employment litigation matters
