Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Employment Lawyer

Heriot Brown is partnering with a leading TMT business to find a talented Senior Employment Lawyer to join their UK Legal team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic business, reporting to the Legal Director, where you'll be responsible for all aspects of Employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resolution of employment disputes and settlement agreements
  • Act as a liaison with external legal counsel during proceedings
  • Provide strategic legal advice to HR and the business, reviewing policies and ensuring compliance with new legislation
  • Draft, negotiate, and review employment-related contracts and broader commercial agreements
  • Minimise legal risks for the company and assist with implementing necessary legal amendments in policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of post-qualification experience, gained from either private practice or working in-house
  • UK Employment Law experience
  • Open to travelling
