Global Learning and Development Director

Intec Select is seeking a seasoned Global Learning and Development Director to join their London-based HR team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity for a strategic-focused professional with international experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement learning and development strategies and programs globally, aligned with the company's medium- and long-term growth plans.
  • Assess individual and organisational development needs, identify skill gaps, and forecast future learning requirements.
  • Track learning effectiveness, including recording, reporting, and analysis of training records.
  • Assess the success of development plans and work with employees and managers to support career development.
  • Forecast current and future learning and development costs and advise on the right course of action.
  • Manage external learning funded by the organisation, such as apprenticeships, certifications, and other funded opportunities.
  • Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing L&D strategies in a growing team, experience in project management and budgeting, and sufficient analytical skills to analyse data and make recommendations. Business-level fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is also required.
