**Essential Criteria:

  • CIPS or above qualification
  • Experience in construction procurement, particularly with JCT and NEC contracts
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, specifically internal stakeholder management

**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
