Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement and Contracting Expert to manage contracts, procurement, and costing for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in cost management, construction, contracts, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract changes and variations.
  • Prepare and monitor cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the project team to support tendering processes.
  • Provide expert advice on cost-saving strategies and budget control.
  • Evaluate and source materials, equipment, and services for projects.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, plus career development and continuous training opportunities, a collaborative and dynamic team environment, and the chance to work on diverse construction projects.
