We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Associate to join our thriving residential conveyancing team at Quro. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing cases, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Managing transfers of equity
  • Processing remortgages
  • Navigating stamp duty procedures
  • Conducting title checks
  • Preparing search reports
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Overseeing freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, including lease grants
  • Regulating landlord and tenant relationships
  • Managing lease renewals and deeds of surrender
  • Coordinating refinancing activities
  • Overseeing business acquisitions and sales
  • Drafting utilities agreements
Requirements:

We seek candidates who are exceptionally organized, disciplined, and capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ideal applicants will join a supportive team and possess substantial experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. They should be adept at independently managing their caseloads with minimal supervision.

This is a challenging role, so the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work proactively is essential.

A professional demeanor, polished appearance, and strong technical skills are highly desirable but not mandatory.

Secretarial support will be provided.
