Key Responsibilities- Manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Oversee transfers of equity
- Process remortgages
- Navigate stamp duty procedures
- Conduct title checks
- Prepare search reports
- Respond to enquiries
- Oversee freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, including lease grants
- Regulate landlord and tenant relationships
- Manage lease renewals and deeds of surrender
- Coordinate refinancing activities
- Oversee business acquisitions and sales
- Draft utilities agreements
- Participate in business development
- Manage cases from start to finish
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Discipline and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Substantial experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
