About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Associate to join our thriving residential conveyancing team at Quro. In this role, you will handle a comprehensive and diverse range of residential conveyancing cases with occasional involvement in commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Oversee transfers of equity
  • Process remortgages
  • Navigate stamp duty procedures
  • Conduct title checks
  • Prepare search reports
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Oversee freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, including lease grants
  • Regulate landlord and tenant relationships
  • Manage lease renewals and deeds of surrender
  • Coordinate refinancing activities
  • Oversee business acquisitions and sales
  • Draft utilities agreements
  • Participate in business development
  • Manage cases from start to finish
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Discipline and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Substantial experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
  • Able to independently manage caseloads with minimal supervision
  • Prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work proactively
  • Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and strong technical skills
