We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential conveyancing and commercial conveyancing, with a strong ability to manage a high volume of files with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and stamp duty procedures.
  • Manage commercial conveyancing matters, including acquisitions and sales of businesses, utilities agreements, and refinancing.
  • Regulate landlord and tenant relationships, including lease renewals and deeds of surrender.
  • Provide proactive and efficient service to clients, ensuring timely completion of matters.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business development goals.
Requirements:
  • Highly organised and disciplined individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong technical competence and knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing law.
  • Excellent client manner and communication skills.
