Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Associate to join our thriving residential conveyancing team located in Gravesend. In this role, you will handle a comprehensive and diverse range of residential conveyancing cases with occasional involvement in commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Managing transfers of equity
- Processing remortgages
- Navigating stamp duty procedures
- Conducting title checks
- Preparing search reports
- Responding to enquiries
- Overseeing freehold and leasehold sales/purchases including lease grants
- Regulating landlord and tenant relationships
- Managing lease renewals and deeds of surrender
- Coordinating refinancing activities
- Overseeing business acquisitions and sales
- Drafting utilities agreements
- Actively participating in business development
- Managing cases from start to finish
We seek candidates who are exceptionally organized, disciplined, and capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ideal applicants will join a supportive team and possess substantial experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. They should be adept at independently managing their caseloads with minimal supervision.
