Sous Pastry Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sous Pastry Chef to join our team in West London. As a key member of our pastry team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in the production of high-quality pastries and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of pastries and desserts
  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and menus
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the pastry kitchen
