Pastry Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury 5-star hotel in the West End. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in our renowned restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in managing the pastry section
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all pastry dishes
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative desserts
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
