Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the hot kitchen line and oversee food preparation and presentation
* Assist with menu planning and ordering
* Supervise and motivate a team of pastry chefs
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or higher
* Experience working with a similar cuisine
* Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
* Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards
* Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
