Production Unit Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Production Unit Lead to join our team at our Norfolk facility. As a Production Unit Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators and ensuring that all production targets are met. You will also be responsible for improving efficiencies and yields while maintaining the highest levels of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of production operators to ensure that all production targets are met
* Improve efficiencies and yields while maintaining the highest levels of quality
* Support the coordination of workflow between departments
* Monitor and improve processes as required
* Develop your team through training and coaching
Requirements:
* Good understanding of yields, labor costs, waste and non-conformances
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Good understanding of fresh food manufacturing environments
* Recognized industry-related qualifications, including HACCP, Food Safety, Train the Trainer, First Aid and ILM Level 3
Working Hours:
This role is based on days on a rotating shift pattern with flexibility required for busy periods.
