Main Duties
As a Registered Nurse in our Stroke Unit, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in stroke care. You will be responsible for:
- Assessing and planning individualized care for patients
- Delivering high-quality nursing care, applying evidence-based practice
- Escalating clinical concerns to senior nurses as required
- Maintaining accurate records and updating patient administration systems
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
