About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our IT department at Celsa Steel UK. As a key user of our SAP system, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business units and ensuring the smooth operation of our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to business users on the use of SAP SCM and other related modules
- Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials to facilitate the adoption of SAP
- Run training sessions for different departments across the organization
- Collaborate with the IT department to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
Requirements
- Previous experience as a SAP key user or consultant
- Strong communication skills to explain technical terms to business users
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of SAP SCM and other related modules
