\We are seeking an experienced Social Work Professional to join our Children's Services team in Birmingham as a Senior Child Welfare Specialist. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure the safety and well-being of children at risk of homelessness and destitution due to parents' NRPF restrictions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage cases of children at risk of homelessness and destitution due to parents' NRPF restrictions.\
- Collaborate with ASTI & Safeguarding Teams to ensure children's safety.\
- Deal with crisis situations and make evidence-based decisions.\
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and make clear, safe decisions for children.\
