- Manage a high caseload of complex clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful recovery.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement risk assessments, care plans, and harm reduction strategies.
- Deliver education and support services to empower clients to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
- Work closely with clients to access education, employment services, health services, and wellbeing & recovery support activities.
- Proven experience in substance misuse support and recovery work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of comprehensive assessments, care planning, and risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple caseloads.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
- Competitive hourly rate of £20-£22, depending on experience.
- A generous referral bonus of £250.
- A £150 sign-up bonus.
