Job Title: HR Operations Manager

  • Leading the HR Operations team to provide professional expertise and direction to our clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support on organizational change, including service re-design, restructuring, and senior recruitment.
  • Leading on the development of service workforce plans and the delivery of operational action plans.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant post-qualification experience of working in human resources, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HR policies, trade union relations, and employment law.
  • Experience of working as a senior HR professional, including working at a strategic and corporate level with directors, senior staff, members, external agencies, etc.
  • Extensive post-qualification experience with significant experience of business partnering and the development of corporate policies at a senior management level.
  • Significant experience of managing a team of specialist professional staff.
  • Highly developed negotiating, influencing, and challenging skills for joint and collaborative working with all staff, managers, schools, trade unions, external agencies, etc.
