Workshop Team Leader Position

HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Workshop Team Leader to join our client, a busy manufacturing company based in Deeside.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the production planning team to ensure the production plan is achievable and efficiently uses machine time.
- Load and operate the laser cutting machine, supporting press brake operations and other machinery used in the production process.
- Manage production team members to maximize productivity and efficiency, providing experienced suggestions for improvements.
- Ensure all health and safety rules and quality standards are recognized and followed.
- Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on tasks.
- Previous experience as a setter/operator for laser cutting machines and press brake machinery, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
- Experience in file loading and planning of all machinery, with the ability to train others.
- Essential experience with Bystronic machinery and software, including Sigma-Nest, Sigma Bend, Bysoft, and Plant Manager.
- Ability to understand and work from engineering drawings and tooling changes.
- Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred but training will be given.
- Ability to use different measuring equipment, such as rulers, verniers, and angle measuring devices.
