Job Title:

Senior Primary School Leader

Overview:

Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join a thriving primary school in the heart of Walthamstow. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the strategic leadership and management of the school, championing the development of the curriculum and teaching practices, and leading on key areas of school improvement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the senior leadership team in driving the school's vision and strategy
  2. Develop and implement effective plans to improve teaching and learning
  3. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to achieve outstanding educational outcomes
  4. Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Proven leadership experience in a primary school setting (desirable)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to inspire and motivate others
Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
