Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Sales Manager will be extremely motivated and career-driven with experience in the current sales market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Driving sales growth and increasing revenue in the branch.
  2. Appraising and instructing residential sales properties.
  3. Identifying new business opportunities and referring them to the appropriate division.
  4. Ensuring exceptional customer care and meeting quality standards.
  5. Exceeding targets for lettings business and managing applicants.
  6. Coordinating viewing appointments and securing property lets.
  7. Working in accordance with all legal obligations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
  8. Developing effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
  9. Contributing to team management and supporting colleagues.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  1. Previous experience in a senior sales role with a proven track record in securing new business.
  2. Listing and valuation experience.
  3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  4. High level of customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  5. Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  6. Responsiveness to change and a drive to succeed.
