Job Summary and Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Sales Manager will be extremely motivated and career-driven with experience in the current sales market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth and increasing revenue in the branch.
- Appraising and instructing residential sales properties.
- Identifying new business opportunities and referring them to the appropriate division.
- Ensuring exceptional customer care and meeting quality standards.
- Exceeding targets for lettings business and managing applicants.
- Coordinating viewing appointments and securing property lets.
- Working in accordance with all legal obligations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
- Developing effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
- Contributing to team management and supporting colleagues.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a senior sales role with a proven track record in securing new business.
- Listing and valuation experience.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- High level of customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
- Responsiveness to change and a drive to succeed.
