About the Role

As a Junior Business Development Executive at Rotary Watches Limited, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our sales network. This dynamic position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for representing a respected brand.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage a high number of customer accounts and ensure an even spread of calls across assigned territories.
  2. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
  3. Provide training to store sales staff and national accounts on products and merchandising.
  4. Analyse sales data in different territories and prepare range plans regularly.
  5. Work closely with the Finance team to ensure account settlement and maintain accurate credit lines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  2. Strong relationship building skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  3. Ambitious and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  4. Valid driving licence and own vehicle to travel (5) five days a week.

Location: The role covers four main areas: South England, West England, Midlands/North England, and North England & Scotland.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
