Business Development Executive

About the Role
As a Junior Business Development Executive at Rotary Watches Limited, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our sales network. This dynamic position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for representing a respected brand.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a high number of customer accounts and ensure an even spread of calls across assigned territories.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Provide training to store sales staff and national accounts on products and merchandising.
- Analyse sales data in different territories and prepare range plans regularly.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure account settlement and maintain accurate credit lines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle to travel (5) five days a week.

Location: The role covers four main areas: South England, West England, Midlands/North England, and North England & Scotland.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
